The software park is self contained with all the necessary facilities. Currently it is developing Pharma City in Sela Qui on Chakrata Road over 50 acres at a cost of Rs 12 crores. Partially functional, this city boasts of a bank, conference hall, office blocks, guesthouse and a shopping complex.
